Do you accept personalized gifts?

Yes, we accept personalized gifts. Just message us on any platform that you prefer and our dedicated staff members will gladly help you in finding the best gifts for your loved one.

What is your return policy?

Do you provide wish card?

Yes, we do provide wish notes. Just add your desired wishes on the card and we will print it for you. Do note that the wish notes is limited to 100 words only.

Will there be any extra charges for the wish card?

No. All of the wish card provided are free with every purchase of our product. That is, no any hidden or extra charges will be beared by our customers.

What are the payment options?

We accept online banking for those who leave outside Kedah. As for those who are living in Kedah, we accept both online payment and offline payment (Cash on Delivery). However, do note that for COD method, delivery fee will be charged according to distance of your place. For further information, please refer to our shipping policy.
