Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

DELIVERY WITHIN MALAYSIA

*Terms & Conditions

  1. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and location.

  2. If the product is in stock, it will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

  3. If any product(s) in a Transaction is out of stock for any reason, the entire order will be cancelled and refunded. A new order will need to be placed for the in-stock product (s).

  4. Requests for separate/partial delivery will not be entertained.

  5. If the item(s) or parcel is not delivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from the Courier Company and is returned to Surprise by Melaa, we will cancel and refund the order. The customer will have to place a new order. Re-delivery requests will NOT be considered.

  6. Orders are shipped on business days only.

  7. Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.

Our Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

How It Works

COD WITHIN ALOR SETAR, KEDAH ONLY

*Terms & Conditions

  1. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments for places within Alor Setar, Kedah only.

  2. Minimum acceptable amount for COD order is RM 20 excluding shipping charge, COD order below RM 20 excluding shipping charge will not be entertained and will be cancelled.

  3. Do note that COD will be done by our team members thus we do not provide any tracking numbers. However, we will regularly update to you once we are out for delivery through email or WhatsApp.

  4. We will not entertain any further COD order, if previous COD order is not Delivered or returned back to us by the customer.

  5. Delivery charge will be based on the distance of your place from our store. 

  6. COD method is only done in weekdays.

Returns

How It Works

Returns based on "change of mind" are not accepted.

We will accept customer returns for purchases sent back and received by us within 7 days of shipment receipt ONLY under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect or defective item(s) delivered; and

  2. The items returned to us is in its original condition.

We will provide a full refund for any item that meets the above requirements. We regret that shipping costs for your purchase will only be refunded if the return was due to our mistake.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

If the item(s) or parcel is not delivered and/or is not claimed by the customer from our courier partners and is returned to Surprise by Melaa, we will cancel and refund the order. Re-delivery requests will NOT be considered. A completely new order must be submitted.
